Your work with us is about every light turned on, every community connected, and every future made possible.Benefits:Family friendly and flexible working arrangements.Competitive remuneration package + 12.75% superannuation.Health & wellbeing benefits, including corporate health plan with employee discounts and annual flu vaccinations.Robust leadership development through integrated programs, fostering growth across all levels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and embed the Project Management Framework, defining the project management requirements, deliverables and processes that identify, develop and safely deliver major projects throughout the lifecycle.Ensure divisional compliance with the underpinning management systems, playing a critical role in maintaining the divisional certification to ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Standard.Manage an expert team in the development and enhancement of the Major Projects process architecture and procedural documentation, governing the cross-functional project and business activities for the division and functional contributors to the Major Projects lifecycle.Drive and champion new ways of operating, constructively challenge existing practices and translate these changes into the division and project lifecycle through leaders and teams.The community you will joinBased in Bowen Hills, reporting into the Manager Assurance and Improvement, this role will lead an expert team to ensure these foundational systems are underpinned by a continuously improved suite of standards and frameworks, a comprehensive business process architecture and a procedural maturity that will enable Powerlink to efficiently and effectively deliver a portfolio of Major Projects.Our Major Projects Office exists to manage the governance and controls that underpin the lifecycle of our large-scale projects - establishing our strategic aspiration to become a major developer that safely delivers complex and significant CAPEX projects over the next decade.Your expertiseRelevant degree qualifications in engineering, project management, business or allied discipline.Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Business, Project or Quality Management Systems.We'd also love you to have:Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor a diverse team on Project, Business and Quality Management Systems to build capability and achieve strategic and operational outcomes for Major Projects division.Demonstrated ability to lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of project, business and/or quality management systems (ISO accreditation) and frameworks in a large-scale, complex infrastructure environment.Working knowledge of complex infrastructure projects with specific experience in the development and implementation of risk and project controls, leading to the implementation of effective project management systems.Be the start of every possibilityTo kick start your career at Powerlink, apply by clicking the button above, attaching your resume and cover letter on our careers page before midnight on 21st of April 2024.
