About the role: We are seeking a project manager to join our highly skilled and motivated teams as we work collaboratively to deliver on customer projects on time. Relying on your demonstrated project management experience, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse product range.
Specifically, you will: Manage and deliver projects from sales handover to commissioningProvide continuous improvement to processes and componentsApply strategic and tactical thinking ensuring favourable project marginsDevelop profitable relationships with customers and cost efficiencies with key suppliersParticipate in reporting, budgeting and corrective action initiativesBe able to travel for business.To be successful in the above duties, you will have: Tertiary qualification in EngineeringOver 5 years of experience in Project ManagementAbility to formulate business plans and operational strategyExperience in working with diverse teams of peopleEvidence of well-developed communication skills, including presentations and report writingUnderstands and maintains ethical standards of behaviourDemonstrates a focus on work quality and improvement by taking personal ownership of tasks, striving to improve quality and seeking better ways to consistently deliver quality outcomesApplies critical thinkingDemonstrates a focus on teamwork and strives to become part of a high performing teamAbility to travel frequently to customer sitesCurrent driver's licenceExperience in Resources and Bulk Materials Handling would be desirableInternational experience in working in different countries and cultures would also be desirableWhat we offer: We believe that our people are the heart of our organisation.
