Project Logistics Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Logistics Coordinator to join our Projects team in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, this role will be both challenging and rewarding having full responsibility for proposals.
Key Responsibilities: Review and register incoming freight documentation, incl. waybill, packing list, invoice and customs documents Ensure timely processing of import documentation, and work with the broker to obtain customs clearance Monitor freight in transit and notify stakeholders as appropriate Co-ordinate freight collection, unpack, and availability from depot Co-ordinate site deliveries Maintain project files: including accurate data records, filing of all communications, storage of all required documentation, and maintaining the project database An ability to prioritise regular workload and logistics issues simultaneously and effectively Strong communication skill, both written and verbal, making up most of the day #J-18808-Ljbffr
