The Role The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team.
You will be responsible for:
Lead projects through all stages, ensuring alignment with company values and safe work methods Identify and manage project risks and asset life through effective processes and communication Collaborate with customer teams to drive decisions, ensuring technical integrity, operability, and HSE considerations Develop and maintain project management plans to monitor risk, quality, and progress Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for internal management Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget Liaise with all stakeholders to address project requirements Manage contractors to ensure compliance with site safety methods About You This role would suit a dynamic individual with proven experience with mine systems and mining databases. You will also have:
Project Management qualification (desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) WA 'C' Class driver's licence Compliance with Work, Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations (2022) Leadership in setting and communicating safety expectations Experience managing small to medium projects, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong computer skills, including data analysis and integrated management systems Effective communication skills across all levels, including report writing and presentations What We Offer We offer a diverse range of opportunities across our multi-pit mining operations through to our complex and technically challenging hydrometallurgical process plant.
