The current range of specialisations include Asset Management, Plant Engineering, and Digital, and may grow wider.
This role is a delivery role with a smaller component on Business development.
The candidate needs a strong background in the mining industry and will possess exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of asset management principles, and a steadfast commitment to safety.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives, and represent Cyient on all work fronts.Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout all project phases.Monitor project progress and financial performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Track and manage all submitted proposals, gaining feedback from customers and working with the broader Cyient team from Europe, India, and Australia.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience in the mining industry.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.Strong safety focus and commitment to incident-free operations.Skills & ExperienceAsset Management, Project Management, Reliability, Team CoachingCyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Cyient recruits, employs, trains, compensates, and promotes regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law.
