We are looking for a Project Lead to join our office in Melbourne! What does a typical day look like? As a Project Lead at ADAPTOVATE, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission. Your responsibilities will encompass various key areas, including:
Team Managing: you will actively coach and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their consulting skills, and providing timely and constructive feedback
Client Engagement: your engagement with clients will involve framing issues, structuring problems, optimizing client processes, coaching, and managing change. You will maintain proactive and regular communication with clients, nurturing relationships and participating in business development activities, including client pitches and proposal writing
Project Execution: you will oversee project execution from initiation to completion, serving as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance, and identifying opportunities for improvement
