As the Project Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the People & Transformation Team, Security & HRIS Project Teams, and lead key projects and activities associated with the implementation of Melbourne Water's HRIS Framework.Assist in the implementation of the HRIS and Security Management Framework that support the achievement of our organisational People and Transformation objectives and meet obligated requirements and stakeholder expectations.About you:Proven capacity to research and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.Resilience and the ability to deliver outcomes in ambiguous and complex environments.Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and project stakeholders, e.g. procurement and legal, on business change.Prior project experience across HRIS / Payroll transformation or upgrades including ownership of project governance responsibilities.Strong project scheduling skills and a high level of attention to detail to deliver quality results within tight timeframes.Prior experience working on projects related to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018.Superior MS Project and Excel skills and experience in preparing timely, clear and concise briefings and reports.At Melbourne Water, we care about water and all life that springs from it.Our people are fuelled by passion, and with safety at the forefront, we have an unwavering sense of purpose, and are on a mission to protect every Melburnian's way of life, one drop at a time.We walk the talk when it comes to flexible working – but that's not all.
