About the RoleWith such a huge focus on company culture and team fit, we are looking for a Project Estimator who wants to build their career with a company that is ready to provide the tools and support you need to succeed to a high level. You will be managing the complete project estimation of all residential projects and ensure the sales team are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to complete their pipeline of work.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Accurately read building plans and designs to create accurate material and labour pricing estimates.Maintain an accurate Price Book by ensuring that re-pricing is completed and released in a timely manner.Accurately complete job estimates and place purchase orders with approved suppliers and sub-contractors.Follow project management disciplines to create and maintain accurate project plans, time frames and resources.Check Sales Quotes, in conjunction with the Business Manager, for accuracy and cost effectiveness.Skills & Experience:Good standard of computer literacy - Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Scheduling systems, Estimating systems.Demonstrated experience as an estimator or builder in the residential industry.Foundations in project management skills.Understanding around health and safety instructions when visiting a job site.Strong time management to ensure all orders and variation requests are completed within the time frames.
