About The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Production Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage employees and subcontractors to create efficiencies and drive accountabilityTake responsibility for the execution of safety policiesAssist with the implementation of Lean processes through continual improvement strategiesBe the face of the company on-site to the customer and manage handoversOrganise the on-site installation processes  About You  The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Foreman in the building industry Strong leadership skills Trade qualification (Carpentry desirable)Current drivers licence The ability to travel to various sites in QLD (mostly day trips with some overnights once per month) You will also have:
