We currently have two exciting opportunities for Project Coordinators to support our "Integrated Delivery" and "Rail Possessions" Programs. You will play a key team support role providing a broad range of administrative functions from providing governance and secretariat support to meetings, maintaining project registers and trackers, coordination of reporting inputs, and supporting project management activities.
Cross River Rail will transform the way we travel to, from and through Brisbane in the future. It will be a catalyst for 10 years of wider rail transformation across the whole of South East Queensland and it is already playing a key role in how we prepare for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Cross River Rail is a new 10.2km rail line including 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD. It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class 'ETCS' signalling system.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects and to be a part of something that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
About the Role We currently have two exciting opportunities for Project Coordinators to support our "Integrated Delivery" and "Rail Possessions" Programs. You will play a key team support role providing a broad range of administrative functions from providing governance and secretariat support to meetings, maintaining project registers and trackers, coordination of reporting inputs, and supporting project management activities.
You will enjoy working from our modern corporate office in the heart of the CBD with work from home flexibility. This opportunity is offered as a two year contract with possible extension. Please note, we have two positions one graded at AO5 ($96K - $104K) and the other AO6 ($110 – $117K) on the QLD Government Public Service award. Key Responsibilities: AO5 & AO6 Duties Design and implement effective tools and processes for delivery and monitoring or allocated tasks.Maintain team registers, trackers, and management tools, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are informed of pending requirements and deadlines.Uphold document control standards in TRIM, SharePoint, and other relevant systems, including uploading and filing of correspondences, files, and approved documents.Provide secretariat/meeting support for related meetings including scheduling, compiling and distribution of agenda papers, presentations and meeting minutes.Assist in preparation of correspondence including briefings, reporting and presentations.Assist in the management of shared inbox and mail allocations.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to deliver tasks and activities.AO6 Duties Identify, triage, and resolve interface issues, implementing risk mitigation measures and solutions.Facilitate regular risk meetings and update risk and controls in Risk Management tool.Project manage low complexity projects.Play a key role in the Integration Delivery project reporting cycle and contribute to detailed project reviews.About You: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce articulate briefings and reports.Initiative, independence, and adaptability to meet changing expectations and priorities.Problem-solving ability to deliver administrative and coordination tasks autonomously.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in TRIM and databases desirable.Project coordination and supporting duties experience, with project management experience desirable.Why work with CRRDA?
