Drawing on your learnings from a successful engineering career, you will be self-motivated to mentor Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges. You will provide onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements.Projects include:Land development - Residential and Industrial Sub-divisionsRoad infrastructure for local councils and Townsville City Council (TCCS), and TMR.Defence contractsThe successful candidate will be a self-starter with:a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or appropriate CQR qualifications in surveying, quality management or similar qualificationshigh level verbal and written communication skillsminimum four years' experience in the civil construction industryexcellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you domotivation to achieve value-for-money resultsprevious experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work (ideally TMR work).Due to the high volume of applications and enquiries, we are only able to respond to shortlisted candidates.
