Full-time employment Opportunity to work with one of Australia's fastest growing Telecommunications service providers. You will be working with Tier 1 clients across multiple exciting projects. Our client is a leading Telecommunications Infrastructure services company. They build, supply, and maintain Wireless and Fixed-Wireless networks for regional areas and leading telecommunication operators. Due to the company's growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their dynamic project team.The Role:You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of Telecommunications projects. You'll play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and management of telecom projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Role Responsibilities:Manage site construction and technology integration on time and on budget.Regular client reporting, meetings, and building relationships/trust to exceed customer expectations.Complete budget and BOQ based on site photos, FC, and other design documents.Arrange and order steelwork and NON-FIM material based on design documents.Strong commitment to safety processes and cultivating a positive safety culture.Own finalizing document acceptance and payment upon job completion with customers.End-to-end site delivery and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Managing field teams and subcontractors.Liaise with 3rd party services, crane, EWP, roof plumbers, and traffic controllers.Arrange reports to management and the customer on the status of work and recommendations.Ability to resolve day-to-day operational issues and solve problems with a high degree of autonomy, have independent judgment, and keep the project on track.Capability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the project.Effective management of project timelines to ensure that each phase is completed on schedule and to avoid delays.About You:Thorough experience in Telecommunications projects, including planning, designing, installing, and implementing.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet required deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of work.Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management role with proven delivery experience - Telecommunications projects.Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Experience conducting 'deep dive" investigations and making recommendations.Understanding client needs and expectations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.Ability to motivate and guide team members, ensuring their work aligns with project objectives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Current valid full Drivers' License.AU full working rights.What's on Offer?This is a great opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest growing end-to-end Telecommunications Infrastructure service companies.
