Due to a growing pipeline of works, we're on the lookout for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects in the Bundaberg/Bragara Region.
You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members.
You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Subdivisions, Community Projects, Infrastructure, and Roadworks.
Key responsibilities will be: Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project complianceManage and maintain client and consultant relationshipsMonitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractorsAchieve compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standardsMonthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performanceCoaching, mentoring, and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.About you: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)Previous experience working on civil construction projects, experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regardedStakeholder and client engagement experienceProven ability to plan, organise, and problem-solveExceptional people management skillsWhat's in it for you?
