Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and monitoring works adhering to work schedules
• Contribute to delivering projects on time and within the outlined budget
• Assist in the preparation and administrative tasks of project estimates
• Prepare project documentation
• Monitor performance of the project, ensuring that quality is not compromised.
• Manage the design, procurement and construction functions on designated project
• Ensure completion of projects that achieve profit objectives.
• Building collaborative relationships with various key stakeholders


Qualification and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in respective field.
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Experience in managing construction scheduling
• Proficient in project management suite of software
