We are looking to engage a number of Project Engineers at a intermediate level to work across a range of technically challenging projects in Perth. You must be Tertiary Qualified with a minimum of three years in a Project Engineering role on Commercial building projects.  Your responsibilities will involve; Project & Construction Program Management Attends to the scope of work assigned with defined work methods and delivers the work in accordance with total project schedule. Measure and review productivity for assigned tasks and report formally to the project team and collaborate in driving any required changes. Maintains and updates contractual schedule / program, including productivity units and EOT's Financial & Productivity Management Monitors and reviews the project task financial outcomes with actions taken to ensure project targets are optimised. Manages project tasks to deliver profit and effective cost control. Understands and uses financial tools in order to meet all project monthly reporting deadlines People Management Develops and retains people to produce high quality project outcomes; continuously reviews the performance of employees against performance criteria, provides feedback on performance and sets goals to meet project outcomes. Contractual Management Understands the obligations and rights under the Head contract while ensuring that processes are implemented to identify, control, mitigate and report significant risks and opportunities. Collaborates in the negotiation and control of subcontractor and supply agreements. Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Management Lives the 'Safety is My Way' and ensures project HSEQ objectives are set, shared and adhered to with the objective of achieving an exemplary safety culture. Client and Subcontractor Relationship Management Builds and creates lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors and identifies opportunities to improve financial and productivity outcomes.
