The RoleSupport in managing the delivery of the Specific Maintenance Services Program (SMS), as well as the Cyclical and Routine Maintenance Programs (RMS/CRMS), and provide assistance with other DIT programs.The Responsibilities Provide leadership, strategic direction, and guidance to SMS, CRMS/RMS teams, and other grading programs, managing internal and external relationships and contract performance.Deliver timely and high-quality SMS and other annual grading programs, ensuring value for money, maintaining collaborative relationships, and offering flexible and responsive services to meet the needs of DIT and customers.Coordinate with Managers, the HSEQ Manager, and Supervisors to ensure all services meet safety, quality, environmental, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.Work with stakeholders to develop accurate estimates for SMS, obtaining competitive costing from subcontractors and suppliers.Ensure quality control according to specifications.Manage document control in SharePoint.Maintain correct cost control and project tracking through daily progress reports.Travel to work sites as needed to provide engineering guidance and inspections.The Experience and QualificationsExperience in project engineering or site engineering roles, with knowledge of the construction industry, design management, engineering project management, and site management principles.Understanding of employee relations, union agreements, safety, risk management, and field-related issues.Commercial acumen and analytical skills for managing the inputs and outputs of commercial projects.Planning and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.Problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills for implementing organisational policies, procedures, programs, and project engineering operations.Strong written and verbal communication skills for persuading, facilitating decision-making, managing expectations, influencing, and building relationships with key stakeholders across all organisational levels.Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project teamFor the opportunity to become part of their team, please submit your up to date CV and cover letter to Ezgi Erdogan-Frost via the 'Apply' adjacent to the advert.
