We are proudly owned and operated by the Corps family, with unequalled capabilities in earthworks, roadworks, civil construction, sand delivery and cartage.Due to the continued growth of the Company, we have a great opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team.The OpportunityAs a Senior Project Engineer, you will work closely with our clients and multiple sub-contractors to ensure the management and completion of civil projects. You will provide support to the project teams in reviewing and updating project status, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements.This is a fulltime permanent role offered on a continuous roster, residentially in Karratha. FIFO may be considered.Duties IncludeManaging project resources for civil construction and infrastructure.Ensuring that the costs remain within the budget.Evaluating the environmental impact of the project and the risks associated if any.Conduct routine inspections on the site to identify any potential problems.Ensuring that the sites meet all the legal, health, and safety guidelines.Prepare job packages.Compile and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies verifying that projects comply with various regulations.Perform or oversee surveying operations to establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.Liaise with clients on scheduling and progress.Mix designs and ITP requirements as per specifications (QA).Problem solving, decision making, sound judgement, and assertiveness in Project Management.Prepare monthly reports on job progress and efficiency.The ability to develop, maintain, and influence positive working relationships with stakeholders of all levels.Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction.Current driver's license.Experience leading multi-disciplined teams.Knowledge and awareness of Workplace Health and Safety rules and regulations, including a sound knowledge of safe working practices.The BenefitsExcellent family business culture.Long-running industry leading organisation offering security and longevity.Tremendous growth potential within a rapidly expanding high quality business.Local living allowance.Salary Sacrifice options.To ApplyClick "Quick Apply" or email your resume and cover letter to ****** application will include the following questions:Do you hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction?
