We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team based in Hobart, Tasmania.
Ideally, this role would be suited to candidates with exposure across asphalt, spray sealing or civil construction environments.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated Engineer to learn all aspects of our operations and work within a driven and enthusiastic team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING Tertiary Qualifications in Civil EngineeringExposure to civil construction or an asphalt environment would be highly advantageousHave a willingness and enthusiasm to learn all aspects of our operationsProven ability to manage and monitor projects against time, cost, quality and safety requirementsAn understanding of planning, execution and reporting of projectsAn understanding of project management as well as engineering principles and construction methodsGood communication and organisational skillsStrong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero Harm environmentDowner is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
