Work on a 10 year utilities renewal programNational contractorExcellent culture + valuesThe role:We are seeking a strong Project Engineer to join our clients' Gold Coast engineering team. This opportunity is for an individual who has experience with water mains, pump stations, sewerage treatment plants and pipelines. You will work with a Tier 1 contractor in the delivery and maintenance of the water network on the Gold Coast.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the execution of maintenance and renewal projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring the timely completion of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors and operations staff, to ensure effective delivery of asset upgrades and repairs.Conduct technical assessments and risk analyses to prioritize work and optimize the performance of pipelines, water mains, pump stations, and sewerage treatment plants.Prepare detailed project reports and documentation, including progress updates, financial tracking, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitor and resolve issues arising during the maintenance process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and addressing urgent reactive repairs efficiently.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Proven experience as a Project Engineer in water treatment, pump stations, or similar infrastructure projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.How to Apply:Click APPLY or contact Laura Neary on 0410 957 530 / ****** for a confidential discussion.Evolve Talent is committed to providing equal opportunities for all.
