Role description:

Arcadis are excited to be working on some of the largest projects across the country and we are growing our teams rapidly! We are now seeking both a Civil and Structural Construction Project Engineer to join our team in Gold Coast.

Role accountabilities:

Managing selected teams for projects to meet budget, time-frame and quality targets, while exceeding client expectations
Providing technical advice to project team members whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Working in collaboration with other teams and disciplines to ensure the integrity and quality of the overall design during construction
Managing subcontractors, quality assurance and client feedback and ensure effective communication of any changes/modifications
Meeting project deadlines and ensuring that commitments and expectations are met

Qualifications & Experience:

First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life and want to be part of city-shaping projects that change the way we move around our capital. You are a tertiary qualified engineer and RPEQ with extensive experience in bridge and/or civil construction and come to us with:


Expertise in ensuring high-quality construction of bridges and civil infrastructure related concepts and designs whilst working closely with highways and heavy and light rail management teams
Ability to lead, manage, mentor and develop medium scale, diverse project teams
Sound understanding of construction managementand experience in design review and verification
Understanding of the use of structural analysis and design software
Chartered status and experience with TMR will be highly regarded
Award of TMR Pre-Qualification to Level SEC02
