As the Project Director, your mission will be to lead the team through the next stages, ensuring key milestones are met and that the project continues to align with our overall goals and timeline.Key Responsibilities:Lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation: Provide strategic guidance and hands-on oversight to drive the project towards success.Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver an integrated SAP solution.Finalize the Delivery Business Case: Ensure the business case is completed and approved, meeting the set deadline.Manage the build process: Oversee the timely completion of the solution build in line with the project schedule.Coordinate testing: Ensure System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) are initiated by the contract's end.Handle risks and issues: Proactively manage risks, address issues, and oversee scope changes without derailing the project timeline or budget.Ensure compliance: Maintain alignment with financial regulations and company policies.Report progress: Keep senior leadership informed on progress, risks, and overall project health.Expected Outcomes:Delivery Business Case finalized and approved by April 2025.Solution Build Completion by September 2025.SIT and UAT Testing initiated by December 2025.This is a pivotal, high-impact role within our organization.
