One of our finest Government clients is looking for a Project Director / Lead for a contract position (12 month, could be extended too).
Role and Responsibilities
The Project Director / Lead will be accountable for ensuring the successful management, oversight, and delivery of this high value, highly complex business transformation project focusing on solution requirements, procurement, configuration, delivery, and implementation.
The resource will be required to oversee and manage a project team under multiple streams with close consultation and coordination with all stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions which achieve agreed business outcomes.
The resource will prioritize human-centered principles to ensure that the solutions meet the needs and expectations of our diverse stakeholders.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive change and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
High level social and written skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a large team environment with members of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Self-starter with high personal drive and a positive attitude.
Behaves in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining high integrity and transparency when delivering work.
Excellent problem solver and critical thinker.
Promotes teamwork and collaboration by engaging stakeholders and team members.
