Project Director
who has previous
experience in delivery of complex Major and Mega Construction and Infrastructure Projects
to lead a WA based delivery team for key Defence projects in a client-side project management capacity.About UsRPS is an industry leader in project and program management throughout Australia, with a strong construction Project Management team in Perth, leading a range of significant government projects, including major infrastructure projects. The Perth office has a fantastic culture, including opportunities for collaboration and social activities with our other business units within Project Management and cross divisional opportunities.About the RoleYou will oversee projects and lead a team of construction professionals to ensure all strategic objectives are met and project delivery is achieved to a high standard. You will be a motivated, qualified and have previous experience planning and delivering major construction and infrastructure projects for public and/or private sector clients.Your ImpactManage all stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of performance in relation to time, cost, and quality requirements;Manage and develop project resources to achieve current and future project and business objectives;Strategically plan and deliver project requirements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction;Deliver high-quality service in consideration of time and cost constraints;Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality and time requirements;Assist with development and implementation of project programs, including but not limited to concept planning, design, implementation and close out phases;Manage and administer contracts including invoices, reports, and other deliverables within deadlines;Participate consultatively in project and process audits; andAssist in selected future bids, proposals, business development and conversion activities.Manage RPS commercial interests in relation to client engagements.About You

You are a great leader and know how to develop and mentor your team to get exceptional results for your clients.You will also have:15+ years of recent construction and/or consulting project management experience across large scale, complex construction, and infrastructure projects.Professional qualifications in project management, engineering, construction management or similar.Planning or development and delivery phase experience;Managing Contractor experience (preferred);A clear understanding of directing and managing projects through all approval processes;Proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies and contracts relating to large scale construction projects;AIPM Certified Practicing Project Director certification or equivalent is desirable;What's on Offer
