Job Description Wood is currently seeking a driven and hands-on Project Director to be based in our Brisbane office to lead a major project through FEED and EPC.
This role will have direct delivery and contractual responsibilities and will also take a hands-on role leading a team to deliver a major renewable fuel project.

Responsibilities Pro-actively build new relationships and trust within the client and ultimately delight the client.Bottom line profit and loss responsibility for the financial and technical success of the project.Manage and lead a multi-discipline engineering and construction team to estimate and deliver a large downstream project.Be responsible for the project through FEED and Execute Phase.Implementation of the company safety & quality management systems for the project. Qualifications Proven track record in directly project managing large-scale greenfield projects with 20+ years of direct project management experience.Extensive experience leading Front End Engineering Design (FEED), and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases.Renewable Fuels Expertise: Extensive knowledge of renewable fuels, including Sustainable Aviation Fuel and Renewable Diesel.Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and coordinate with various stakeholders.Excellent leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative working environment.Ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.Bachelor's Degree in engineering.Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
