We are seeking a Project Director to assist in driving critical projects that enhance service delivery and foster trusted partnerships.
About the Role The purpose of this role is to lead the Fee for Service (FFS) project, focusing on overhauling the current operating model.
Key objectives include: Development of New Business Processes: Create and implement end-to-end FFS business support processes and templates, integrating workflow automation tools for a seamless customer experience.
Enhancement of Administrative Efficiency: Streamline FFS administration functions, including timesheet recording, costing, invoicing, and supplier reconciliation.
Resource Consolidation: Unify existing FFS business support resources into a centralized team for comprehensive support.
Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements: While not mandatory, project management qualifications are highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to manage a diverse stakeholder group.
Vendor Management: Guide vendor activities to ensure alignment with project goals and optimal outcomes.
Advanced Project Management: Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to sustain project progress under challenging conditions.
Governance and Reporting: Monitor and report on all aspects of project performance to stakeholders.
Leadership: Inspire and lead teams within dynamic project environments.
Adaptability: Familiarity with ICT project methodologies, along with the ability to adapt to specific in-house processes.
