Project Director (Facilities)

Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Director Facilities. You will be leading a team of experienced project managers to implement projects critical to achieving the strategic plan.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the overall portfolio of programs and projects from initiation through Planning, Delivery, and Operating phases.Assist in the selection and implementation of new project management methodologies.Provide overall direction and guidance for the implementation of the projects within the designated business portfolio.Ensure delivery of best practice program and project management to achieve successful business outcomes.Understand the program and project management needs and capabilities.Key Skills and Experience Required:Solid experience and knowledge managing large scale programs and projects at a Program Director level and a Portfolio Delivery Manager.Proven ability in business case development and establishment of programs/projects to deliver business outcomes.Experience managing a portfolio of projects.Demonstrated experience in managing multiple project managers and technical resources.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write high quality reports.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.
