Real Estate & Property Property Development Adelaide Contract or Temp Open to a Senior Development Manager ready for a step up Key postion overseeing 3 major mixed use projects Exposure to funding and equity financing Client Redpath Partners are working exclusively with an Adelaide based, national property development and funds management company, assisting them in appointing a Project Director that will lead and manage 3 major mixed-use property development projects, encompassing hotel, tourism, and indoor recreation uses.
Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively engage with stakeholders, navigate complex legal agreements, and oversee the projects from planning approval through to construction and lease commencement.
The Project Director will also work closely with the funds management division to secure debt and equity financing for the projects.
Project Leadership: Oversee the entire development process, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including the precinct operators, tenants, Government bodies, Local Council, and community representatives Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle The group are looking to add another experienced Project Director manager to the business who can work with the existing development and executive team in delivering on diverse pipeline of projects that covers Victoria.
There is a preference to find a candidate with a strong development & delivery skillset - this could have come from a consultancy or development business.
The successful candidate must be able to manage and drive market leading consultants and contractor teams on built form projects.
You must have at least 10 years experience locally in design, development and delivery and be comfortable in a flat reporting structure.
You must be autonomous and be able to take responsibility for decision making on projects.
