We're seeking a dynamic Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of transformation initiatives within our PMO framework.
In this hands-on role, you will: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.Define project objectives, scope, risk management plans, and roles and responsibilities.Prepare detailed project plans and schedules, identifying key milestones and managing resources effectively.Track and report on project costs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.Facilitate regular updates and meetings, maintaining open communication and promptly addressing any risks or issues.Ensure adherence to project governance processes, maintaining project scope, quality, and timelines.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions that meet business needs.Support business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement.Drive change management efforts, including user training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.Be actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation.What can you expect? You'll dive straight into an established project stream where your stakeholders are experts in Finance and Sustainable Growth. Here, you'll lead a variety of projects, including implementation of a new finance solution, budgeting tool, and process and data improvement projects.
A bit about you… With over five years in project delivery, including three in business transformation, you bring deep experience with large-scale, hybrid agile programs. Your project management skills shine through a history of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget. Comfortable collaborating with external partners and using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence, you're known for engaging stakeholders effectively. A proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills, you adapt easily to fast-paced environments and thrive in dynamic settings. Experience in delivering projects within NDIS space will give you the edge.
To thrive in this role, you'll need: Formal Project Management certification.Agile certification (a must-have).A formal Business Analysis certification (a strong advantage).And the benefits?
