Position Summary:As a Project Delivery Consultant at InEight, you will be responsible for executing the company's commitment to solve industry problems. Using your expertise in scheduling, estimating or project controls, you will work directly with a wide range of owners, engineering and construction firms, primarily using InEight Estimate, Schedule, Control and Contract modules. Customers will depend on you to guide them through the development of implementation plans, standards, and best practices. You will also be responsible for facilitating product trainings and providing advanced support for high priority customers. Ultimately, you will utilise your previous experience utilising complex systems to facilitate better decision-making for our clients and ensure the overall success of our customers as they utilise InEight solutions.
This position can be located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth and has the flexibility to accommodate remote working arrangements. Responsibilities:Partner with a wide range of external customers to educate, implement and train end-users on the InEight suite of tools.Participate in and lead planning sessions with clients to capture critical data to inform decision making processes.Understand and evaluate customer processes and end-user roles in order to effectively define and develop critical needs, success criteria, metrics and implementation plans.Configure the InEight suite of products to ensure successful integration and interfacing with existing data systems.Provide high-level consulting and project management support to ensure the effective implementation and onboarding of InEight products.Establish open channels of communication to serve as the voice of the customer, driving a continuous improvement mindset and ensuring end-user satisfaction of the solution.Identify stakeholders within the client organisation to champion product adoption across all levels of the company.Produce, maintain and deliver end-user training, communications and ongoing support throughout the implementation process.Participate in sales pursuit initiatives by helping with RFP responses, demo environments and implementation proposals as required.Deliver constructive feedback to product developments teams to ensure the ongoing improvement of solution and services.Assist with InEight product testing and defect resolution prior to product release.Qualifications:3+ years' experience in either the Construction/Engineering industry, working within the scheduling, estimating or project controls discipline.Consulting experience in a software delivery role considered advantageous, but not essential.Previous experience working with cloud-based technology solutions preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.Technology-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.Experience managing a wide range of customers and/or stakeholders.Experience facilitating product or process training in both face-to-face and online settings.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to synthesise and articulate complex concepts targeted at varied audiences.Experience with standard Microsoft Office products and project management/collaboration software.Highly organized with the ability to self-manage and deliver against timelines.InEight Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, colour, religion, national origin, marital status, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
