We are seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional with experience in cost planning to work with ACSPO at RAAF Base Williamtown.
You will work as part of an integrated team building good working relationships and providing a point of contact for all cost planning and forecast management enquiries.
You will need to have experience with statistics and statistical analysis and have strong Excel skills.
Undertake comprehensive audits and reconciliation of data and cross-matching JPO data (CcAR), DoD Corporate finance systems (ROMAN etc.)
and internal ACSPO/AIR6000PH2A/B contract/invoice registers.Provide guidance and training, including a heavily automated tool, to allow staff to undertake audits and reconciliation.Provide ACSPO Executive with the required financial position of official accounts and supporting data.
The deliverable is a report that provides conclusions of the financial position of the JSF Official Bank Account, highlighting any shortfalls and discrepancies of data that cannot be reconciled, with recommendations for future action in terms of material variances, or acceptance of immateriality, taking into consideration lack of available data and time versus value add proposition.FY24/25 development of Life Cycle Capability Cost Model.Work with sovereign contracts and cost driver models.Provide cost estimates and cost modelling from the JPO.#J-18808-Ljbffr
