This future traineeship will allow you to put theory into practice and gain valuable experience in the workplace to set you up for a successful career in project coordinating.
During the 24-month traineeship MIGAS will provide a mentor and 1:1 support while you complete a blend of on-the-job training and theory coursework.
In this traineeship you will be:
Liaising with clients and customers and building relationships with stakeholders
Monitoring and scheduling maintenance and checks of onsite equipment, tools
Maintaining spreadsheets and internal software programs, inputting, updating and recording data
Managing supplies and ordering materials, requisitions, creating purchase orders
Completing job packages, inventory, system tracking
Handling phone enquiries courteously and professionally from internal and external stakeholders

About You
We're looking for motivated applicants interested in developing a Project Coordinator career.
You may have a Certificate III in Business Administration and now be looking to move onto the Certificate IV
Or you have solid office experience and are looking for a way to turn your skills into a qualification
Strong interpersonal skills, a team player able to work collaboratively within an industrial setting
Sound computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software skills
You'll have a professional nature and be comfortable wearing the required PPE
Great verbal communication skills as you'll be speaking with potential clients as well as internal customers
Comfortable using computers, laptop, photocopier/scanner and learning new systems
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen, and Police Check
