The role The technology team at Crown Resorts is growing and we are excited to be searching for a project coordinator to join the team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects and programs of work.
Key Responsibilities Ensure that monthly reporting is accurate, efficient, and provides valuable insights to stakeholders.
Use reporting data while creating PowerPoint decks to demonstrate progress of PMO work programs.
Build and maintain relationships across the PMO org, keeping everyone informed of project / program updates and progress.
Also build relationships with the wider business and vendors.
Assist in creation of detailed project plans (including budgets) which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Creation of all required documentation including templates, standard operating procedures, and communication.
Provide administrative support to the PMO team in their daily tasks and operations.
About you You'll bring the following: Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Proven experience in a similar project coordinator role, ideally in the technology industry, with a focus on reporting and creation of reporting documentation.
Previous experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
Advanced experience of Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
