As we expand our operations to meet growing demand, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh, SA. This position is integral to the overall success of the branch and will provide you with a broad overview and exposure to all facets of the business.

What You Will Do As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the delivery and installation of our transportable buildings. You will also play an integral role in managing client contracts and providing superb customer service by assisting with the administration, planning, and contract execution of projects.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
Coordinating delivery, installation, and removal projectsBeing the main point of contact for the client, subcontractors and suppliersCompilation of project files, ensuring completion of all required documentsBooking all required subcontractors and suppliersDocumenting and tracking of all project related costsCreation and submission of required HSEQ paperworkRegistering & coordinating Non-ConformancesRaising purchase ordersInvoicing the client for the works that have been completed.What You Will Bring We are looking for someone who shares our values and belief that agility, integrity, caring, collaboration and safety underpins all the work we do.
To hit the ground running, you will bring:
