Working on a FIFO 2:1 roster, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our project team by coordinating the delivery, installation, and administration of transportable building projects. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable Project Coordinator who can handle every phase of project delivery with accuracy, professionalism, and a strong focus on client needs.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Technical Support: Site Preparation & Planning: Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to prepare and manage construction sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Liaison & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project files, record daily logs, prepare work packages, and provide support with project-related reporting.Cost & Financial Tracking: Document and track all project-related costs, issue purchase orders, and support invoicing processes.Administrative Support: Contract Execution: Assist in contract management, from scope drafting and quotes to addressing non-conformances and contractual obligations.Data Management: Help manage records, track site hours, and perform accounts payable duties, including responding to supplier queries and coding invoices.HSEQ Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, environment, and quality requirements are met, including preparing and submitting HSEQ paperwork and reporting any incidents.Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Background in project coordination, administration, or field engineering, preferably within construction, engineering, or building environments.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of engineering, construction, and design principles; familiarity with Revit and MS Office Suite is highly valued.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and conveying technical details clearly.Organisational Expertise: Meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and proven problem-solving abilities.Benefits: Full-time, permanent opportunityCompetitive salary with superannuationUniforms, PPE, and training providedAccess to Employee Assistance Program and Bursary ProgramOption to join Employee Share Purchase PlanJoining Team ATCO?
