Join AgriFutures Australia as a Project Coordinator, supporting our Chief Operating Officer's team across a variety of critical projects and initiatives.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively on special projects, assist with People and Culture functions, and provide essential support for systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Our Project Coordinator, You WillEmbody and promote AgriFutures Australia's values and behaviours.Support People and Culture processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding).Manage administrative and coordination tasks for special projects.Provide high-quality administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer, including diary management, travel bookings, and document preparation.Ensure data accuracy and prepare reports, maintaining documentation in SharePoint.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
