We're on the lookout for a driven Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you'll support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at $150M and above, working closely with our project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Your strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Coordinate efforts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and relevant regulations.Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders.Track progress, update milestones, and proactively address any issues to keep projects on schedule.About you:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.2–3 years of post-graduate experience in project coordination or management within the construction sector.Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued at $100M+.Strong organisational and time management capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency with construction project management tools and software.Sound understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements.Benefits & Perks:Access to our Employee Assistance Programme.Competitive salary and a supportive work environment.Comprehensive leave entitlements, including purchased Annual Leave, Work-Life Balance Days, Community Days, and a generous Parental Leave scheme.A collaborative, values-driven workplace culture.Sporting and social events to build team spirit.Professional memberships to support your continued development.Discounts on travel, retail, and health services.How to apply:Applications should be made by submitting a CV and cover letter online outlining your interest, motivation and what you would bring to this role by way of background.
