This Project Coordinator role is an opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to the healthcare sector by coordinating large transformation-based projects. You will report directly to the program director and work closely with them to manage a successful delivery.Our client is a large-scale entity operating within the healthcare industry. With a workforce of over 3,000 employees, they are renowned for their technology-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery and management.DescriptionCoordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.Actively participating in project planning and status meetings.Performing risk management to minimize project risks.Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.Developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.ProfileA successful Project Coordinator should have:A degree in a relevant field such as IT or Project Management.Proven work experience in project coordination or management.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software, and JIRA.Experience on large transformation projects impacting 2000+ employees.Experience managing and updating RAID Logs.Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work on tight deadlines.Job OfferAn estimated salary range of $120k - $130k + super.Opportunity to work in a dedicated and innovative team.A supportive work environment that values its employees.To apply online, please click the 'Apply' button below.
