Project Coordinator
Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Project Coordinator, you will be based in Bentley, in the Future Generation team of our Remote Communities Division. The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of future energy solutions in some of the most remote locations in WA by providing strong program and project governance and functional support.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Your role will include: Overseeing project governance, coordinating project deliverables in compliance with project management methodologyCoordinating project meetings and workshops including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, decisions, and action items during project meetingsAssisting in drafting business cases, change requests, board papers, briefs, communications, and other internal approvals as requiredSupporting in identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks and issuesAiding in resource allocation and scheduling to ensure optimal utilisation of resourcesEstablishing and maintaining a cost control function for projectsFacilitating project estimates and forecasting and provide financial/commercial analysisContributing in contract management functions, including but not limited to preparing documents for tender, drafting of legal letters /such as milestone certificates and variation deedsContract administration, monitoring of contractual obligations including reporting requirements, maintaining adequate insurances, bank guarantees and processing of milestone and variation claimsYou will have: Tertiary qualifications in Project Management is desirableSignificant experience in a project support or project coordinator role on large scale, complex infrastructure projects preferredKnowledge and experience in applying Project Management Methodologies on projects, developing, and finalising a variety of project documentationProven experience in creating and evaluating executive papers and approval documentsExperienced in managing budgets and project schedulesOur employees enjoy real rewards and recognition including: Working on impressive renewable energy projects across WAHelping to create a connected and thriving WAAn extensive rewards and recognition programAccess to our award-winning health and wellbeing programFlexible working arrangementsOur workplace culture is created through every interaction, every experience and everything we do.
