Programmed Property Services is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Perth team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter or tradesperson to put down the tools and begin the next stage of their professional journey. Our team is known for providing exceptional painting services to a variety of clients across WA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Project & Branch Manager in successfully delivering projects in Perth.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with our clients
Support the Project Manager to deliver projects across the contract
Arrange all materials and equipment for the site
Deliver contract and progress reporting
Assist with ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget
Assist the team with daily administrative tasks across the projects
About You
To be successful in this role, ideally, you will have previous experience with a trade-based role with excellent leadership/people management skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite
Provide care and empathy to our site-based teams
A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
