Job Description South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) is seeking experienced Senior Project Officers to join the SMHS Organisational Development (OD) team.
As a key member of the SMHS Transformation Unit, you will lead the development, coordination, management, and delivery of initiatives, projects, and programs that drive the improvement of our health service.
Your role will include:
Coordinating the delivery of organisational development initiatives and projects. Facilitating initiatives including the SMHS Care to Lead Program, a leadership program designed for clinical and non-clinical leaders across SMHS. This is a recruitment for Fixed term and Permanent - Full Time and Part Time appointment with possibility of extension(s) or permanency, commencing January 2025.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 01/07/2026 .
