Who are we looking for? We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management group in Perth.

This role is overseeing and coordinating projects, assisting across project management, contract administration, design management, project planning, preparing, and maintaining documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Working with an energetic team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Coordination of design activities as per guidelines set out in the GHD Projects Framework, while ensuring alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and industry standards. Supporting and collaborating effectively with project and design managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful client experience in project delivery. Assisting with the preparation of proposals as per the requirements set out in the winning work cycle, and regional workflow (as required). Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including design briefs, specifications, drawings, and other related materials. Tracking project progress, monitoring design milestones, and proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks. Supporting the integration of GHD Ways sustainability and safety considerations into project design and delivery processes. What you will bring to the team: Relevant tertiary qualifications & proven experience in PMCA to deliver successful outcomes. 2-5 years' experience delivering PMCA (or Assistant PMCA) services for Defence projects or related industries within Western Australia (desirable). Understanding of project governance structures, construction methodologies and risk management. Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Attention to detail and a critical eye for design quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Due to the sensitivity and nature of projects undertaken within the Defence industry, it is a requirement applicants must hold Australian Citizenship in order to gain Australian Government Security Vetting Agency security clearance at a minimum Baseline level.
