Epiroc is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management Office team based in Perth. This key role will support the successful delivery of a large variety of technology and product-based projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a global company with a constantly evolving and exciting portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to: Liaising with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectivesPreparing and coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and informationIdentifying, mitigating, and eliminating project risksEnsuring that customers' needs are met as projects evolveManagement of employees in installation, commissioning, and support rolesEngagement and management of white and blue collar contractorsGeneral project administration, purchasing, invoicing, and reportingThe successful applicant will have: A firm commitment to working safely and looking after your colleaguesExperience in a similar project management, coordination, or planning positionExcellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detailSelf-motivation with the ability to work autonomouslyExperience working with Epiroc or similar equipment OEM (desirable)Experience working with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Applications, and SAP (desirable)The ability to travel to regional and remote sitesWhat we offer: Competitive remuneration packagesFlexible working arrangementsSupport of a global company with mobility opportunitiesSalary Continuance InsuranceNovated LeasingEducation AssistanceOpportunity to be part of a values-driven company, committed to your professional development.This is a rare opportunity for you to further build your career with Epiroc.
