Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review, on Wednesday 8 May 2024 it was announced that Perpetual Limited
(Perpetual)
would become a standalone Asset Management business. As a result, Perpetual has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (together with its affiliates,
KKR
) who will acquire 100% of the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
About the role
As the project coordinator, you will be accountable for facilitating project scheduling, data tracking, reporting, financial tracking, and supporting project managers in delivering their projects for 12 months.
Actively identify from forecasting and report potential slippages in addressing issues, risks, changes, scheduled activities or cost overruns.
Prepare and manage Project Plans and Schedules including details regarding project framework and timelines, and necessary personnel and resources.
Portfolio level financial tracking, to try to ensure we get a person with strong financial tracking experience.
Prepare and draft consolidated Project Status / Performance Reports, Steering Committee or Funding approval submissions - for review by Project/Program Managers.
Undertaking of regular cyclic functions such as status reports, team updates, minutes, documentation, knowledge maintenance.
Coordinate project meetings, collating minutes, pro-actively managing and reporting on actions.
Onboarding and offboarding resources.
Accountable for document management and will govern project signoffs.
About you
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
3+ years project coordination experience
Track record of successfully providing program and multiple project management services for large transformation programs
Proven ability to manage program/project scheduling, financials and drive delivery outcomes.
Good organisational, planning and communication skills.
Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
Considerable experience in project governance.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
