What you'll be doing… As a Project Coordinator you will support and ensure delivery of project governance. You will work with the Project Engineer, Engineering & Maintenance Managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) in identifying, sequencing, coordinating, completing, and reporting on the progress of tasks and activities for new aircraft induction. This includes project schedule and budget, in collaboration with the Project Engineer and Program Manager.
You will… Support stakeholders with completion of project deliverablesPerform all activities related to project management, organise meetings, set timelines, track progress, and provide reportsWork with the Project Managers within the portfolio to ensure that project frameworks are up to date and reflective of each project's progressProvide regular project reports to the Programme Manager and other StakeholdersWork with the Project Leadership team ensuring all key milestones within the schedule are tracked and met. Support the financial tracking to ensure budget frameworks are adhered to.Facilitate and participate in project related meetings; daily project leadership stand-ups; risk, issue and decision register review and weekly meetings and workshopsMaintain the program/project governance artefacts including in SharePoint and ConfluenceDevelop and maintain E&M program delivery timelinesYou'll be great in this role if you have… A qualification in Project management or equivalentPrior experience as a Project Coordinator (essential). Experience managing key aspects of small and large projects.
