About The Role
Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders in rail operations to deliver key administrative and organisational support for project activities. Although the role is not primarily focused on recruitment or mobilisation, it includes related responsibilities to ensure all positions are filled and mobilized as needed.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in similar roles (desirable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise/respond to client requests
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Maintain labour forecast and liaise with other departments
Assist in financial reporting and cost analysis
Manage documentation, contracts, and agreements
