About the role This Project Coordinator will be embedded amongst our Defence community supporting all their ICT requirements to enable them to protect Australia's interest.
Fujitsu in Australia has a long history of delivering, supporting and maintaining systems for the Australian Defence Force across Army, Navy and Air Force.
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator will be to ensure that projects produce the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
They may alternatively be responsible for the delivery of a work packages within a more complex Project or Program under the governance of a Project or Program Manager.Manages and leads people in the delivery of the work package or project stage in partnership with the customer and business unit to ensure acceptance, close down and handover to serviceDefines the work package or project stage requirements and manages the agreement process of requirements and objectivesEnsures that formal review procedures are used.Manages the risks associated with the deliverables of the project or work packageEnsures that the impact on the business units profit & loss due to project activities within the scope of the project is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed-off by the appropriate governance authorityEnsures own objectives are aligned to the Project or Program objectivesAbout you 1 or more years' experience working on Projects and 6+ months working as a Project Coordinator or customer service Knowledge of the Defence environment.
Knowledge of Deskside projects Proactive and organised Must hold current or reinstatable AGSVA clearance!
