The Opportunity: We are now looking for a highly motivated and well-organised Project Coordinator to provide support to our largely government-focused ACT operations, based in Fyshwick.
Key responsibilities will also see you: Liaise with our factory in Melbourne as well as external suppliers to ensure products are delivered in full & on time; Listing of project requirements; Liaising with despatch or local despatch coordinators regarding deliveries; Assist Site Managers with arranging deliveries to site; Assist Site Managers with ensuring prompt defect rectifications occur; Assist Site Managers with ensuring documentation and maintenance of site QSE information; Reporting and recording maintenance efforts in accordance with company standards; Being an effective liaison with Site Managers and the broader team regarding any actual or anticipated issues arising; Accurately list and manage all aspects of jobs, including specifications, ordering, staffing, and materials delivery; To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; Completion of year 12 at a minimum, tertiary or trade qualifications will be highly advantageous; Intermediate computer literacy with MS Office and other digital business systems; Technically minded with the ability to read & comprehend assembly and component drawings/instructions; Great problem-solving skills and ability to work to strict deadlines; Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own time effectively; We offer an excellent working environment, an opportunity to put your stamp on the operation, and the potential to advance within the organisation.
