About the Position.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialised fit-out projects across Canberra. With the management team's soul focus on progressing their staff you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career progression. 

Duties. 
Progress claims, variations, RFI'sEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview and negotiate subcontract termsPrepare accurate and transparent Project Management reportsSkills & Experience. Strong written and verbal communication skillsBuilding related tertiary qualifications is advantageous, but not essentialTeam-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractorsPrevious exposure to Project coordination or Project Administrator within the construction industryCulture.
