ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage schedules, track milestones, and prepare key project documentation. The role involves supporting the project management team in all phases, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating effective communication across teams. Experience with SmartShape, MS Project, and a background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are essential.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.Prepare and distribute documentation, reports, and status updates.Utilize SmartShape and MS Project for project planning and tracking.Maintain document control, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
