About the role
Due to continual growth, we are on the lookout for a highly capable Project Coordinator to join our talented Planet Plumbing QLD team in Hemmant. Though posted as a permanent fulltime role, we are open to the role being fulltime or part-time pending on the calibre of the candidate.
Working closely with our site team and project manager, you will be the main point of contact to assist the project manager resolve issues, deliver processes and solutions, and ensure that all project documentation is actioned and up to date.
What you'll do Maintain ITPs, checklists and quality (QA) documentationMaintain 'Aconex Field checklists', tasks and defectsCoordinate and maintain project progress trackers and schedulesMaintain site safety documentation and coordinate electronic copiesAssist with 3DSS and HammerTech site safety induction documentation and proceduresControl and maintain drawing registersCoordinate Plant & Equipment register and maintain electronic copies to the company serverEnsure the site documentation 'Control' is implemented and maintainedGeneral office administration dutiesIn this exciting role you will work within a dynamic and successful team with the support of a strong management structure.
